Ms. Jadhav is a founding partner of LHM. She is an experienced executive and partner in the hotel industry for 14 years. She has strategically expanded corporate business from Delaware to the Washington D.C. market to capitalize on growth catalyzed by U.S. federal government and its supporting private industry. Ms. Jadhav has led LLC partnerships in hospitality companies to achieve maximum return for investors (Warrenton, VA returned 328% to investors over a 5-year period after investing $1mm in renovations in 2005-2006). She brings with her corporate capital finance experience from Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup Global Markets (now Morgan Stanley). She was part of the Corporate Cash Management team in the San Francisco branch while managing $400M in fixed income investments for companies in Silicon Valley. Ms. Jadhav has a passion for hospitality and finance and is currently a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of multiple LLCs in the hospitality and real estate market.
As a CFP® and member of the ABA, Ms. Jadhav is uniquely qualified to head the LHM Finance team and guide Exit Strategy and Property Acquisition.
Mr. Fair is also a founding partner of LHM with over 12 years in the hotel industry and is widely known for his analytical skills and attention to detail. As a Development Manager, Mr. Fair executed and managed dozens of developments & renovation projects generating millions in revenue. He also provided risk analysis of over a dozen projects annually. More recently, he successfully navigated renovations during 2020-2021, which involved managing supply chain issues, inflation, and tariffs. Mr. Fair expertly provides management services for hotels reaching completion of construction as well as new acquisitions. He also has a broad industry network which allows him to establish vendor relationships, onboard staff, and establish a sales & marketing agenda for the market. Mr. Fair expertly creates annual budgets, P&Ls, payroll, & revenue management.
He has managed property renovations and developments in 12 states encompassing the Mid-Atlantic, Upper Midwest, and Northeast Region of the US. Properties that he has worked with have received several awards and accomplishments, including Best New Hotel, #1 Hotel in Northeast within our Brand, and GM of the Year.
